Stefano Papetti Cerone and wife Nicoletta de Fermo founded the estate in 2009. Nicoletta's family had already been making wine on the property decades earlier. De Fermo works with organically grown grapes, making wines with little intervention, folllow biodynamic principles.

Inky, dark purple. Aromas of licorice, pepper, dark fruits and spices. Frim and dry on the palate with an element of earthy spices. Finishes long, with black fruit, pepper and tar flavors with firm tannnins.
