Panther Creek founded in 1986 by heavyweight Ken Wright. Establishing his reputation for making big, fruity, cellar worthty Pinot Noirs. In 2013, Tony Rynders, renowed winemaker of Domaine Serene, became Panther's Counsulting Winemaker. He is recognized as one of America's most highly acclaimed winemakers. Having worked harvests in Napa, northern Italy, Australia and Tuscany, his goal is to express each vineyard's unique personality.

Kalita Vineyard is located in the Yamhill Carlton AVA and it has great fruit forward characteristics. Big, dark candied fruits followed by intense floral aromas. It's quite refreshing, with appeling texture and underlying minerality.
