This 2015 1er Cru Chablis from a sub-climate within Vaillons which tends to have a chalky sub-soil. Has a crisp and focused aroma with beautiful yellow flower and touches of peppermint. In the mouth the wind is well balanced with a rounded, slightly honey entry, bright acidity and very satisfying finish.
